**Overview**

We are looking for a dependable Industrial Utilities Technician to operate, monitor, and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, and other plant equipment. This position helps keep equipment running safely and reduces downtime.

**Key Responsibilities**

------------------------

• Operate and monitor ammonia refrigeration systems and boilers.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boilers, air compressors, HVAC, and other utility equipment.
• Check equipment readings and respond to alarms or breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot problems and help get equipment running again.
• Follow safety procedures, including ammonia safety and Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements.
• Complete work orders, document repairs, and communicate equipment issues to the maintenance team.

**Qualifications & Skills**

• Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and industrial equipment.
• Ability to identify equipment problems and respond to alarms.
• Understanding of industrial safety procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot, follow instructions, and work independently or as part of a team.
