Job Description

Seeking a mid- to senior-level Mechanical Engineer, Senior Mechanical Designer, or Engineer in Training (EIT) with knowledge of mechanical systems and HVAC design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC and mechanical systems for building projects.
• Prepare mechanical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and engineering documents.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare equipment schedules, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with mechanical systems and HVAC design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with Carrier Block Load or Trane TRACE.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
