Apply Industrial Engineering methods to develop labor models, simulation or congestion models, regression analysis, and other analytical tools that support operational improvement and resource utilization. Identify, quantify, and prioritize assigned opportunities; develop or support expected benefits, implementation plans, and results tracking against agreed measures. Serve as a trusted technical resource and provide field education on ELS, prescribed methods, work measurement, labor systems, Industrial Engineering, and continuous improvement tools. Mentor less experienced engineers, support onboarding and capability-building activities, and share best practices across the Industrial Engineering team. Accept additional responsibilities or special projects as requested, as other duties may be assigned.
