Responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment. Performs complex building repairs using various technical skills (i.e., carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.) Assists in maintaining preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Directs work and supervises vendors/technicians who repair and maintain equipment and/or systems. Conducts weekly and monthly building inspections to identify needed repairs and safety hazards. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePerforms a wide variety of repairs throughout the facility including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry. Ensures proper upkeep and preventative maintenance of all buildings, materials, and systems. Schedules, directs and ensures satisfactory completion of work performed by vendors.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eSchedules and facilitates vendor testing of emergency generator, sprinker system alarms and other systems\u003cbr\u003eRecords data from main electrical panels on a quarterly basis.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eInspects various equipment and building areas, including, but not limited to, air compressors, roof and roof-mounted equipment and sprinkler systems; records data from inspections.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eProvides support with conference room set-up for meetings, caterings, and events.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eEnsures receipt and accountability for all deliveries including Federal Express, office supplies, and postal service.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eMaintains positive interactions with associates at all levels of the organization in providing outstanding service and support.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePerforms other related duties as assigned.
