We’re seeking a professional, reliable, and experienced Refrigeration Technician to service, repair, and install large industrial fridges, freezers, and ultra-low temperature units in labs and research facilities. What You’ll Do Travel to client sites to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues — not just replace parts Perform preventative maintenance and calibration Communicate clearly with clients and provide excellent customer service Handle refrigerants safely and in full EPA compliance What We’re Looking For EPA Universal Certification required 2–5+ years of commercial/industrial refrigeration experience (lab experience preferred) Must have own hand tools and multimeter Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Must live within 25 miles of HQ; valid driver’s license required Perks & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($20–$45/hr based on experience) Company vehicle, tools, and phone Health, dental & vision (75% covered, day one) 401(k) with company match after 1 year ,
