Skills Ability to learn various software programs associated with the facility Strong technical, mechanical, and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Professionalism in handling difficult situations Responsibilities Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery Inspect and test machinery to detect malfunctions Diagnose and repair defective machines and equipment Set up and break down Food Processing equipment Conduct building maintenance repairs and upkeep Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment Complete other assigned duties as necessary Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions Qualifications High school diploma or GED Knowledge of single and three-phase electric systems 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance or preventative maintenance Experience with food processing equipment is a plus Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Education Requirements Credential Category High School Diploma or GED Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years in facility maintenance/preventative equipment maintenance Experience with vacuum packaging and food processing equipment is advantageous Why work in Dallas, TX Dallas is a vibrant city known for its diverse culture, strong economy, and numerous opportunities in various sectors.
