The Work Service, diagnose, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems Work in both residential and light commercial environments Troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to customers Support installs and assist on more complex jobs when needed Continue learning and developing technical skills Minimum Qualifications Minimum 2 years HVAC experience Basic understanding of service and troubleshooting Willingness to learn and grow within the trade Professional attitude and strong work ethic Good communication skills with customers and team Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Preferred Refrigeration experience ServiceTitan experience EPA certification Work Schedule Monday through Friday Day shift Limited rotating on call as needed Dispatch from our Scottsdale office daily Company vehicle and tools provided.
