Behind every perfectly stored pear is a refrigeration system running exactly as it should. That’s where you come in. If you know ammonia systems, understand Controlled Atmosphere storage, and can lead a team while keeping temperatures and CO₂/O₂ levels dialed in — we want to talk to you. Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour Full-Time | Non-Exempt What You’ll Be Doing: Monitoring temps, CO₂ & O₂ levels Maintaining and adjusting ammonia refrigeration systems Keeping accurate logs and compliance records Supporting and guiding refrigeration technicians Responding to on-call alarms when needed Working in CA storage facilities that protect our fruit quality You’ll help ensure our pears are stored under optimal conditions — because quality starts long before packing.
