As an AMMONIA REFRIGERATION TECHNICIANS, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC/R equipment for our industrial and commercial customers, through daily service maintenance, performing diagnostic reviews and identifying the root cause for any needed repairs. You will work closely with each customer to discuss work performed, review repair quotes for approval, and convey preventative maintenance measures that should be done that would increase efficiency and decrease costs for the customer. YOU HAVE EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS and are able to listen and understand customer needs, develop rapport and trust while communicating clearly and confidently with a wide variety of people. ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE: Within the first 30 days and ongoing: · Learns C&L Refrigeration’s core values, services, processes, procedures, & safety protocols. · Completes orientation on safety policies and expectations, scheduling with the Dispatcher, billing for vendors and parts shops & policies for operating work vans. · Learns how to navigate Ascente Mobile Pro software for all job and customer forms. · Shadows the Field Supervisor, Safety Manager, and experienced technicians daily for hands on training on different jobs sites; learning different jobs and accounts, different equipment, and how to look at different maintenance and repair requests. · Displays a learning mindset and eagerness to dive into different jobs each day. · By 30 days, has completed standard service maintenance jobs on up to 1 ton equipment on your own, interacting with the customer, performing the appropriate maintenance, and sharing recommendations for any additional service/updates needed. 3 mo
