Large food manufacturing company is seeking a Refrigeration Maintenance Manager. Position will be responsible for managing the ammonia refrigeration operations for two facilities in the Denver CO area. Travel between the two sites will be via personal vehicle with mileage reimbursed. Position reports to the Director of Maintenance. Responsibilities Manage and mentor refrigeration staff of 7-8 employeesManage PMS program and ensure standards are metCheck quality standards and functionality of services and machines regularlyEscalate any problems early and schedule repairs in order to minimize loss to businessConduct regular assessments and trainings to ensure safety of employeesAnalyze processes to ensure efficient functioning and perform analysis to make adjustmentsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred5 years supervisory/management experience with ammonia refrigeration systemsRETA certification strongly preferredExperience administering PMS programsStrong critical thinking and organizational skillsAbility to identify and solve inefficiencies in processesPosition is located in the Denver CO metro area. xxoysbn Company will provide a relocation package.
