Install and troubleshoot beverage equipment to keep beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina flowing at customer locations safely and on time. What You’ll Do Install, set up, and perform preventative maintenance on vending, cooling, and/or fountain equipment Diagnose equipment issues and use good judgment to determine the best repair or replacement option Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures Prioritize and schedule service and preventative maintenance calls to meet customer service windows Drive to customer locations, evaluate situations, and perform necessary work (may include plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and carpentry) Remove old parts and replace with new parts; maintain parts inventory on your service truck Collect accurate equipment and customer information and complete documentation after each call (training provided) Build positive relationships with customer contacts at service calls through clear communication and follow through Unload and reload equipment with products as needed, and transport miscellaneous items (e.g., compressors, recycling) Minimum Qualifications 21 years or older Valid CDL { } License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations (Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.)
