Quick Look Pay: $37.20 per hour Location: Indianapolis, IN Work Days: Sunday, Friday, Saturday Start Time: 5:30 PM End Time: 6 AM Repair, maintain, and improve equipment so beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina reach communities safely, reliably, and on time. What You’ll Do Perform preventative maintenance on production/manufacturing equipment per specifications Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete repairs or adjustments to restore operation Perform breakdown analysis and troubleshoot mechanical systems (e.g., motors, seals, bearings, chains, sprockets) Complete required documentation of work performed, schedules, and tasks using provided tools Support line changeovers and equipment upgrades; coordinate with outside contractors on assigned lines as needed Minimum Qualifications 18 years or older Pass technical assessment addressing job-critical maintenance knowledge areas Position requires continuous work near heat, noise, gas, and chemicals Position requires frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending and kneeling (with or without accommodation) Preferred Qualifications Experience with electrical systems including but not limited to: conveyers and airveyors, compressors and ammonia systems, and hydraulic systems Experience with electronics, gearing, kinematics, pneumatics and air compression, pumps, and schematics Experience with packaging/high speed production Experience with PLC and SERVO What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
