Quick Look Pay: $44.05 per hour Location: Denver, CO Work Days: 2-2-3 Rotation Start Time: 6:oo PM End Time: 6:30 AM Keep production running by maintaining and repairing advanced equipment so beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina reach communities safely and reliably. What You’ll Do Perform preventative maintenance on advanced production/manufacturing equipment per manufacturer specifications Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete repairs or adjustments to restore safe, efficient operation Perform breakdown analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes and reduce repeat downtime Support line changeovers and equipment upgrades/technology improvements to keep production running smoothly Document completed work, maintain housekeeping, enforce GMP/safety/audit standards, and partner with operators, quality, and contractors to problem-solve in a team-based environment Minimum Qualifications 18 years or older Pass technical assessment addressing job-critical maintenance knowledge areas Experience with electrical systems, product manuals and mechanical drawings, schematics, and troubleshooting breakdowns Must be able to sufficiently read, write and speak English due to safety sensitivity of this role Position requires continuous work near heat, noise, gas, and chemicals Position requires frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending and kneeling (with or without accommodation) Helpful Experience Experience with predictive maintenance methods, including vibration analysis, ultrasonic analysis, and thermography. Experience with mechanical systems including but not limited to: compressors/ammonia systems, conveyers and airveyors, and hydraulics Experience with electronics, gearing, kinematics, and PLC Experience with packaging/high speed production Working knowledge of industrial networks including machine to machine connectivity through communication protocols such as ethernet or MODBUS.
