Production Technician Lead Williamson, NY Job ID 147488 Job Category Supply Chain Job Level Individual Contributor Position Type Full-Time Apply Save Job Job Overview: Production Technician Lead - Williamson, NY We are seeking a Production Lead to supervise and coordinate activities across multiple high-speed packaging lines. This hands-on role is responsible for providing daily leadership, coaching, and support to production personnel, ensuring operations meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and experienced in leading teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on working 12 hour shifts from 5:00am to 5:00pm on a 2-2-3 rotation. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair systems on equipment. Assist in day-to-day support of operators, adjustments, setups, and change over Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks (i.e., cleaning, inspection, and lubrication) as necessary, but routinely in cases requiring advanced technical expertise and knowledge of safety procedures (e.g., electrical cabinets, machine interiors, etc.). Recommend enhancements to equipment, materials, and processes Provide Preventative Maintenance support for plant and equipment Ensure all packaging operations align with safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction targets Monitor equipment functionality and maintain a safe working environment Manage operations within established labor and budget guidelines Maintain accurate records and production documentation Analyze production data and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement Lead and coach production operators to meet daily and weekly production goals Support and enforce lean manufacturing and standardized work practices Mentor and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven culture Build team capability through training and skill development Total Rewards: Pay starting range $31.74 - $32.99 per hour + Shift Differential where applicable Where Applicable: Benefits eligible day one!!
