Performance Foodservice in Rock Island, Illinois is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to work in our warehouse. This is a first shift position offering an excellent career opportunity. The Maintenance Mechanic will perform the following duties: Be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and repairs of all powered material handling equipment on site. Maintain and repair all building systems, batteries, battery chargers, HVAC equipment, refrigeration system, dock doors and ramps, sprinkler system, the roof and all electrical services. Inspect all equipment and repair or replace as necessary to avoid down time. Maintain inventory of repair parts. Respond to maintenance calls.
