• Proven estimating/takeoff skills and change‑order management.

• OSHA‑30; strong safety leadership (LOTO, fall protection, lift plans).
• Willing to travel for job walks, precons, and critical path milestones.
What You’ll Do
• Lead precon: scope, takeoffs, bid tabs, vendor alignment, and value engineering.
• Build and manage budgets; approve labor/materials; forecast cost to complete.
• Drive schedules; coordinate panel crews, GC, and subs to hit turnover dates.
• Oversee IMP envelope: panels, insulated roof, thermal breaks, doors, sealants, vapor barriers.
• Run quality control: panel plumbness, joint integrity, caulk continuity, and pressurization.
• Own documentation: RFIs, submittals, COs, pay apps, and closeout packages.
• Conduct site visits to sequence manpower, cranes, lifts, and deliveries.
• Lead meetings with clients and trades; keep communication tight and professional.
Skills & Experience
• Cold storage details: freezer/cooler build‑outs, vestibules, tilt‑ups, and dock interfaces.
• Familiar with USDA/FSMA hygienic design, vapor drive, and negative‑temp envelopes.
• Reads and redlines plans in Bluebeam; schedules in MS Project/Primavera; CMMS exposure a plus.
• Coordinates with refrigeration contractors (ammonia/CO₂) and understands PSM touchpoints.
• Comfortable with VDC workflows, laser layout, and as‑built verification.
• Strong subcontractor management; builds accountable, safety‑first culture.
• Excellent communication—clear logs, look‑aheads, and action items.
