• Basic computer skills and comfort using CMMS for PMs and closeouts.
• Reliable attendance, good communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to use hand/power tools (wrenches, drills, saws) and read a tape to spec.
• Willing to learn food‑plant standards (GMPs, sanitation, quality checks).
What You’ll Do
• Execute PMs and corrective work to increase reliability and extend asset life.
• Troubleshoot power transmission: bearings, chains, belts, and gearboxes.
• Inspect, rebuild, and replace pumps, valves, sensors, and actuators.
• Perform basic electrical tasks at 480V 3‑phase: motors, VFDs, and controls.
• Service pneumatics and steam components; replace cylinders, regulators, filters.
• Install equipment/parts; align shafts, verify tolerances, and commission to SOPs.
• Create accurate shift notes, QC checks, and daily activity reports.
• Support and mentor trainees during precision maintenance assignments.
Skills & Experience
• 1+ year in industrial maintenance preferred; food processing a plus.
• Read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&IDs (preferred).
• Familiar with PLC/HMI basics; Allen‑Bradley experience is a plus.
• Strong safety record; follows procedures and escalates hazards promptly.
• Comfortable in hot/cold areas; able to lift up to 60 lbs and work at heights.
• Team player who collaborates with production and quality.
Pay & Schedule
• $25.50–$35.50 per hour, based on experience.
• Full‑time schedule worked in 4 days per week.
• +$2.00/hour perfect attendance bonus.
