• Solid troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical (480V 3‑phase, VFDs), and pneumatics.
• Clear communicator who sets standards and holds the team accountable.
What You’ll Do
• Lead weekend maintenance: PMs, corrective work, and readiness for Monday startup.
• Plan manpower, parts, and permits; schedule work to hit safety and uptime targets.
• Triage breakdowns; verify root‑cause fixes and documentation meet GMP standards.
• Coordinate with production on changeovers, sanitation windows, and release.
• Improve reliability on conveyors, packaging, pumps, steam, and utilities.
• Coach techs on precision work—alignment, torque, lubrication, and electrical basics.
• Track KPIs (PM compliance, MTBF/MTTR, downtime by cause) and publish results.
• Manage vendors and contractors; write scopes and close punch lists.
Skills & Experience
• Read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&IDs with confidence.
• Familiar with PLC/HMI basics; supports I/O checks and alarm response.
• Hands‑on with power transmission, valves, sensors, and actuators.
• Strong organizer—uses look‑aheads, kitting, and clear shift hand‑offs.
• RCA/RCM tools (5‑Why, fishbone, A3) to drive sustainable corrections.
• Professional documentation to audit standards (GMPs, food safety).
