• High school diploma or GED; technical certificate or associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year industrial maintenance experience in a plant environment.
• Daily CMMS use (SAP preferred) for PMs, parts, and closeouts.
• Safe with LOTO, hot work, confined space; NFPA 70E awareness.
• Read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
What You’ll Do
• Execute preventive and precision maintenance to extend asset life.
• Troubleshoot power transmission: bearings, chains, belts, and gearboxes.
• Service pneumatics, steam, and refrigeration components; replace valves and cylinders.
• Perform basic electrical tasks at 480V 3‑phase; motors, VFDs, and controls.
• Support installs and startups; align shafts and verify tolerances.
• Use precision tools—calipers, micrometers, dial indicators—within spec.
• Commission rebuilt/new equipment using quality checklists and SOPs.
• Keep accurate logs, GMP notes, and shift hand‑offs.
Skills & Experience
• PLC/HMI basics; Allen‑Bradley exposure a plus (I/O checks, alarms).
• Pump teardown, seal and gasket replacement, and laser alignment.
• Vacuum and lubrication fundamentals; vibration and thermal imaging basics.
• Root cause input (RCA) and reliability practices (RCM, precision fits).
• Fabrication aptitude for guards, brackets, and small fixtures.
• Clear communicator who works well independently and with production.
Pay & Schedule
• $29.00–$34.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Day shift; generally Monday–Friday.
• Weekends/holidays as needed for outages, PMs, or production coverage.
