Top 5 Must‑Haves

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing/food.

• Read electrical/pneumatic schematics; troubleshoot to component level.

• Safe with LOTO, 480V 3‑phase, VFDs, and basic PLC I/O checks.

• Use CMMS daily for PMs, parts, and clean close‑outs.

• Organized communicator who works well with suppliers and production.

What You’ll Do

• Perform PMs/repairs on tray sealers, volumetric fillers, conveyors, and labelers.

• Support high‑speed order‑fulfillment systems; photoeyes, encoders, scanners.

• Diagnose controls/sensors; verify setpoints, interlocks, and safety circuits.

• Rebuild/replace motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, and couplings.

• Commission new installs with vendors; align shafts, torque to spec, verify rotation.

• Use diagnostic tools/data to monitor equipment performance and trends.

• Create purchase specs; gather bids/quotes and support requisitions.

• Keep logs to audit standards; hand off clean to the next shift.

Skills & Experience

• Proficient with precision tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators).

• Strong pneumatics: valves, cylinders, regulators, and FRLs.

• Wiring/controls basics: contactors, overloads, photoeyes, proxes, and relays.

• Conveyor systems: tracking, tensioning, pulleys, and drives.

• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs, standing, and working at heights/ladders.

• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Pay & Schedule

• $39.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Full‑time, on‑site; Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

• Minimal weekends; occasional vendor support as scheduled.
