• Read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs confidently.

• PLC/HMI literacy; troubleshoot PLC I/O, HMIs, and networks.

• Strong at 480V 3‑phase, VFDs, motor controls, and safety relays.

• Solid communicator; works well solo and with ops/maintenance.

• Eligible to work in the U.S.; 18+; able to pass an aptitude test.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair plant electrical/controls issues to root cause.

• Execute PMs; inspect MCCs, breakers, starters, and grounding.

• Install conduit/cable; land terminations to spec and color code.

• Configure and tune VFDs; verify rotation, overloads, and protections.

• Support PLC changes; minor logic mods, I/O checks, and backups.

• Integrate sensors: photoeyes, proxes, encoders, and load cells.

• Maintain HMIs and SCADA screens; update tags and alarms.

• Document work in CMMS with parts, cause, and corrective actions.

Skills & Experience

• Allen‑Bradley RSLogix/Studio 5000; PanelView/FactoryTalk a plus.

• Ethernet/IP, device‑level networks, and panel layout best practices.

• Instrumentation basics: transmitters, control valves, and calibration.

• Familiar with food‑plant standards: GMPs, sanitation windows, and permits.

• Strong safety habits: LOTO, arc‑flash/NFPA 70E, confined space, hot work.

• Comfortable in hot/cold/wet areas; lifts 50 lbs; works at heights/ladders.

Pay & Schedule

• $28.75 per hour, full‑time.

• 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities.

• $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Occasional OT; no relocation assistance.
